Before Shipment

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

After Shipment

Once an order has shipped, it usually cannot be cancelled.

You may instead request an eligible return after receiving the order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Out-of-Stock Items

If an item becomes unavailable after your purchase, we may:

Cancel the affected item
Issue the applicable refund
